2. No guarantee of outcomes

While we verify our professionals, CostaHomeCare.com does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed. Any contractual relationship is between you and the service professional.

3. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided directly by the professional. CostaHomeCare.com does not set prices. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered on-site.

4. Your obligations

You agree to: provide accurate contact information, be available for the scheduled appointment, and treat professionals with respect. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request at any time before a professional is dispatched at no cost. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a callout fee as communicated by the professional.

6. Liability limitation

CostaHomeCare.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for our matching service. We are not liable for any damages arising from work performed by professionals found through our platform.

7. Dispute resolution

In case of disputes with a professional, contact us and we will mediate. CostaHomeCare.com's decision in mediation is advisory, not binding.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
