Alfaz del Pi (L'Alfàs del Pi) is a quieter municipality just inland, especially popular with Norwegian and Dutch expats for its detached villas, mature gardens, and short drive to Albir beach. For emergencies during winter vacancy, we can access villas via trusted neighbours or key lockboxes agreed in advance. Our Alfaz crews cover neighbouring villages (Cautivador, Escandinavia, Foia Blanca) at the same rates. When a prior pro left work unfinished — mis-sized pool pump, incomplete irrigation install — we come in fresh, assess what's salvageable, and quote only what needs redoing.
