Many owners are part-time residents, so we often coordinate with house-sitters or Norwegian-speaking concierges. For emergencies during winter vacancy, we can access villas via trusted neighbours or key lockboxes agreed in advance. Our Alfaz crews cover neighbouring villages (Cautivador, Escandinavia, Foia Blanca) at the same rates. When a prior pro left work unfinished — mis-sized pool pump, incomplete irrigation install — we come in fresh, assess what's salvageable, and quote only what needs redoing.
