Alfaz del Pi (L'Alfàs del Pi) is a quieter municipality just inland, especially popular with Norwegian and Dutch expats for its detached villas, mature gardens, and short drive to Albir beach. Over a third of our Alfaz work is recurring: weekly pool service from April to October, monthly garden maintenance year-round, quarterly window cleaning for sea-facing villas. Many owners are part-time residents, so we often coordinate with house-sitters or Norwegian-speaking concierges. For emergencies during winter vacancy, we can access villas via trusted neighbours or key lockboxes agreed in advance. When a prior pro left work unfinished — mis-sized pool pump, incomplete irrigation install — we come in fresh, assess what's salvageable, and quote only what needs redoing.
